Will you list my home? 

No, we will not list your home. We are not realtors or real estate agents, but rather trusted residental property investors. We will either renovate and resell, or rent it out to tenants; making it a win for all parties involved. Skip all the agent commissions, open houses, and headaches. Give us a call!

Will you give me a low offer?

No, our business structure depends on home sellers. If our offer was too low, no one would want to sell to us! In order to keep income up and food on the table, it is in our best interest to give the most competitive offer to our clients. We understand that taking over your property is an investment.

I have tenants, can you still help?

Tired landlord? We team up with a large network of buyers who are equipped accross the board with proper tenant removal services. O'Sullivan & Co. and its fellow contractors are on stand by to evict residents if necessary. We will be here when you're ready!

How fast do I get paid?

O'Sullivan & Co. LLC closes on your timeline. First we will reach out to you with an offer in less than 24 hours. After that we ultimately prefer a 30 day grace period, but we can get you the funds in as little as 7 days time! The average sale in northern california is 40-60 days. Dont become a statistic!

How much does it cost me?
